About this book

Archaeologist Nora Kelly and FBI Special Agent Corrie Swanson are called to investigate mysterious deaths at a site where a UFO allegedly crashed decades before. Lucas Tappan, a wealthy billionaire and founder of Icarus Space Systems, proposes funding a scientific excavation of the Roswell Incident site, where a UFO is said to have crashed in 1947. Nora Kelly, reluctant about the assignment, is tasked with leading the dig at the Santa Fe Archaeological Institute. During excavation, two murder victims are discovered buried at the site with their faces and hands destroyed by acid. Corrie Swanson is assigned to investigate the homicides. As the excavation uncovers unusual and unexplained findings, Corrie's investigation reveals a web of espionage and violence connected to a powerful force determined to protect its secrets—one that poses a serious threat to both investigators.
