The Mountain Between Us: A Novel

Two strangers meet in Salt Lake City and agree to charter a plane together to return home. Ben Payne is a surgeon returning from a conference, while Ashley Knox, a magazine writer, is traveling to her wedding. When the plane crashes, they find themselves stranded in Utah's remote wilderness during winter, both badly injured and far from civilization.
