Losing Lenore

Tommy Cuda plans to drive Route 66 to the Pacific Ocean in his grandfather's muscle car, seeking a way of life beyond the pull of technology and social media. Leaving Chicago with fuel and money, he encounters a fortune teller named Lenore who draws the Magician card from her tarot deck, then flees. Lenore is running from or toward someone—a person who drives a blue Cadillac. Tommy discovers she has ambitious plans requiring complex, coordinated moves and significant commitment. The blue Cadillac becomes an obstacle. As Tommy helps her evade it, he uncovers a secret that surprises even Lenore herself.
