Esther the Wonder Pig: Changing the World One Heart at a Time

In summer 2012, Steve Jenkins agreed to adopt what was advertised as a micro piglet, despite knowing his partner Derek would be reluctant. The pig, named Esther, turned out to be a full-sized commercial pig rather than a miniature breed. Within three years, Esther grew to 600 pounds, requiring far more space than Jenkins and Derek's home could provide.
