Angel's Nightmare Adventure 1.5

The GameLit Survival Horror adventure continues in 2009, two years after the first zombie outbreak in NYC where Angel survived. While officials called the events accidental, Angel's boxing teacher Hondo suspects the Hybrid Corporation orchestrated it as part of a New World Order plot using the Raven Hawk Virus. This installment follows unsung heroes during a second outbreak in White Plains, New York that was never publicly reported. Hondo, a private investigator from Puerto Rico, investigates Hybrid Corporation's involvement in the first outbreak while exposing a corrupt police chief who claims the White Plains station is unsafe and should relocate. Hondo believes the chief is receiving kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company to seize the station's land. As his favorite zombie video game becomes nightmarish reality, this ex-boxer uncovers dangerous secrets while trying to return to NYC to find his boxing student, Angel. In a parallel story, Elza, a college student native to White Plains, takes a summer night drive that turns deadly when she's attacked by the undead at a gas station. Rescued by an officer, she takes shelter at the police station, unaware of Hybrid's involvement. Her night becomes a real survival mission as she learns the truth. Dark thunderclouds return over New York as the true second outbreak begins—a story where video game-like events carry all-too-real consequences.
